• Managed IT Options — Choose the Right Model for Your Firm

Cloud PC or Local PC. Co-managed, managed or fully managed. Choose the service model that fits how your staff work, which applications you use, and how much IT responsibility you want Innessco to manage.

    DESKTOP MODEL

    First choose the desktop model

Before comparing service levels, first choose the desktop model: Cloud PC for a hosted desktop environment, or Local PC for firm-managed laptops and desktops.

    Cloud PC

A hosted desktop model using Azure Virtual Desktop or Windows 365. Best suited to firms using server-based legal applications such as Affinity or Practice Evolve.

    MANAGEMENT LEVEL

    Then choose the management level

Once you have chosen the desktop model — Cloud PC or Local PC — the next decision is the level of support and management your firm needs.

The three management levels show where responsibility sits between you and Innessco. Co-Managed is only available for Cloud PC environments and is designed for firms with internal IT or an existing helpdesk. Managed and Fully Managed are available for both Cloud PC and Local PC models.

The more managed the service, the more Innessco becomes your day-to-day IT department — covering helpdesk, users, applications, security, local devices, office network, vendors and advisory.

    Per-User Pricing. Less Technical Complexity.

Innessco prices managed services per user per month, so your firm can budget clearly as staff numbers change.

The selected service option includes the relevant technical components — such as Azure hosting, Microsoft 365 licensing, Huntress security tooling, device management and helpdesk support — with Innessco managing the complexity behind the scenes.

Not Sure Which Service Option Fits?

Most firms do not need to choose a service option on their own.

Innessco will review how your firm works, which applications you use, where your data sits, how staff access systems, and whether your local devices, office network and vendors should be included in the managed scope.

We then recommend the service option that gives your firm the right balance of support, control, accountability and cost.
