• Hardware Procurement – Devices Ready for Work.

Standardised laptops, desktops, monitors, printers and network equipment — sourced, configured and delivered to suit your managed environment.

Innessco can source, configure and deliver the hardware your firm needs to operate reliably — including laptops, desktops, monitors, docks, printers, network equipment, telephony and meeting room technology.

We standardise hardware across our managed clients because familiar, proven equipment is easier to configure, support, troubleshoot and replace. Your firm still receives the devices it needs for the way your team works, but the underlying hardware is selected from models we know perform well in legal environments.

    How It Works

    • Innessco recommends the appropriate device specification for the user’s role, applications and working environment
    • Hardware is sourced through Innessco’s approved suppliers at competitive pricing
    • Devices are configured to the firm’s standard build before delivery
    • Warranty and vendor support details are recorded so hardware issues can be managed efficiently

    Our Standard Hardware

    • UniFi6 Pro wireless access points — business-grade Wi-Fi 6 access points

These devices are selected for reliability, availability, business support, Windows compatibility and suitability for Cloud PC and Managed PC environments.

    Why Standardisation Matters

    Standardisation improves support quality.

When devices, network equipment and configurations are consistent across clients, our helpdesk can identify issues faster because we are working with familiar hardware, known drivers, proven configurations and repeatable troubleshooting steps.

This is particularly important for device driver issues. Printer drivers, display dock drivers, Wi-Fi drivers, firmware updates and hardware-specific faults are easier to recognise and resolve when the equipment is standardised.

It also improves warranty and vendor escalation. When a device is under warranty or vendor support contract, Innessco already understands the support pathway, the information required by the vendor and the likely repair or replacement process. This means hardware faults can be progressed more efficiently, with less back-and-forth for the firm.
