Since joining Innessco in 2016, Lucia Lau has been an integral part of the System Administration team, ensuring smooth system operations for clients. She is responsible for managing system maintenance, responding to technical issues, and deploying new applications into client environments. With a background as a helpdesk consultant, Lucia brings strong communication skills to her role, enabling her to effectively liaise between internal teams and understand client needs. Her ability to bridge technical solutions with user requirements makes her a key contributor to Innessco’s high-quality service delivery.

Outside of work, Lucia enjoys exploring new destinations and indulging her passion for creating desserts.
