Brett Pound — Technical Team Leader

Since joining Innessco in 2017, Brett Pound has been at the forefront of designing, implementing, and supporting the technical components of client systems. With a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, he ensures that solutions are both robust and efficient. His previous experience includes supporting the infrastructure of a large legal firm and working at Microsoft, where he provided technical expertise to enterprises across various industries, particularly in financial services. Brett’s ability to navigate complex IT challenges makes him a trusted leader within the technical team.

Outside of work, Brett is an active member of his local community, volunteering with the Rural Fire Service to support those in need. A former glider pilot, he now takes to the skies through flight simulation and enjoys designing, building, and flying remote-control aeroplanes. When he’s not fine-tuning IT systems or aircraft, he’s perfecting his home coffee roasting skills or keeping up with the demands of his rural lifestyle block – where mowing feels more like a full-time job than a weekend task!
