Who we are
Innessco have been providing IT support to Australian boutique law firms for over 15 years, and currently support over 50 firms and 900 users across Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra. We primarily deliver services to small and mid-sized firms with between 10 and 150 users.
By working solely with law firms, we have a strong understanding of the systems and applications firms use, and can not only fix problems and prevent them from occurring, but help firms get the most out of the technology they rely on. The Innessco service offering is built around proactive IT management, optimising processes, securing networks and data and helping firms grow and reach their goals.
What we do
Innessco helps law firms focus on being law firms by taking care of firm IT. We implement, support, and manage all of your IT for you, offering improved solutions and acting as (or supplementing) your IT Department.

Robert Cox – Director
As a Director and co-founder of Innessco, Robert brings over 30 years of IT specialisation to the clients he consults and works with. With a passion for small businesses and start-ups, Robert has made it his mission to help small firms get off the ground and get the support they need from an IT specialist.
During previous work at Mark Gurry & Associates, Blake Dawson Waldron and Rio Tinto, Robert gained extensive experience in management in roles as a General Manager and IT Manager. He also has experience as a software developer in roles as a System Administrator. He currently shares his knowledge of management systems and IT for law firms in a teaching role at FMRC in Sydney.
Along with his co-director David Loughry, he drives excellence in his team by taking an active role in the day-to-day running of the business and its growth.
David Loughry – Director
David has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, which he leverages as director to lead the delivery team and increase the quality of our hosting services.
David is responsible for taking charge of the business management within Innessco, and specialises in ensuring client satisfaction with our total service offering.
With extensive management experience, David has worked as a Project Manager, General Manager and Development Manager across many prestigious organisations such as Mark Gurry & Associates, Thomson Elite, Blake Dawson Waldron and Andersen Consulting.
David specialises in software development, project management, requirements analysis, technical architecture design and implementation.
