At Innessco, we are specialised providers of IT support to
small and mid-sized law firms.

What we do

Innessco is an IT consulting partnership that helps law firms focus on being law firms. We
implement, support and manage all of your IT for you. We offer Hosted Desktop solutions, as well
as supplementing or acting as an IT Department. Our team works by two key principles:

Keep it simple (and do the simple things well).

Identify and resolve problems efficiently via our Define, Replicate, Resolve, and Test process

These two principles guide and underpin the way that Innessco develops and delivers IT, and is
the framework through which a quality service is provided.

The Innessco team operates on Australia’s eastern sea board, with consultants in Sydney,
Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra. Through their extensive experience, all team members have a
sound understanding of the applications used in law firms and how they operate.

Our team of consultants and engineers enable us to focus on the delivery of a managed service
contract that provides:

  • Fixed Price Support Packages
  • HP Servers and PCs
  • High Speed Internet

Who we are

We primarily focus on delivering our services to small and mid-sized law firms—those with
between 10 and 100 users. Those who come to us often say:

Since choosing to strategically focus on boutique and small law firms in 2015, Innessco has
bought on board a number of Marque Boutique law firms along the Australian eastern seaboard.
In all we are providing IT services to over 25 law firms in Australia.

Meet the team

Robert Cox – Director

As a Director and co-founder of Innessco, Robert brings over 30 years of IT specialisation to the clients he consults and works with.With a passion for small businesses and start-ups, Robert has made it his mission to help small firms get off the ground and get the support they need from an IT specialist.

During previous work at Mark Gurry & Associates, Blake Dawson Waldron and Rio Tinto, Robert gained extensive experience in management in roles as a General Manager and IT Manager. He also has experience as a software developer in roles as a System Administrator. He currently shares his knowledge of management systems and IT for law firms in a teaching role at FMRC in Sydney.

Along with his co-director David Loughry, he drives excellence in his team by taking an active role in the day-to-day running of the business

David Loughry – Director

David has over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, which he leverages as director to lead the delivery team and increase the quality of our hosting services.

David is responsible for taking charge of the business management within Innessco, and specialises in ensuring client satisfaction with our total service offering.

With extensive management experience, David has worked as a Project Manager, General Manager and Development Manager across many prestigious organisations such as Mark Gurry & Associates, Thomson Elite, Blake Dawson Waldron and Andersen Consulting.

David specialises in software development, project management, requirements analysis, technical architecture design and implementation.

Stewart Lewis – Sales Manager

Stewart has over 20 years’ experience as a Business Development Professional. Stewart specialises in working with independent consultants who drive strategy, continuous improvement and cost reduction within corporate and government sectors.

Stewart is a results-driven professional who has sold consulting solutions to organisations such as Kraft, NAB, Medibank, the Bureau of Meteorology, Melbourne Water, RACV, Jetstar and Australia Post.

Stewart opens up opportunities by getting to decision makers through his extensive network and cold calling. He specialises in new business development, marketing strategy, CRM deployment, and a host of other skills that he has developed over his many years as sales specialist.
